As a full-service home health care agency, we offer a wide range of non-medical home care services and clinical nursing for all your care needs. Our care is supervised by a team of nurses who provide ongoing assessments and direction to our caregivers. This ensures each client’s plan of care is followed and continually updated. Through both phone calls and visits with the client, our nurses promptly address any medical issues. Keeping family members apprised of updates is important. Our nurses also coordinate with each client’s primary care provider regarding the care that is being provided.
Your Safety Is Our First Concern
All our caregivers must pass an in-depth interview and screening process which includes a criminal background check, DMV record check, as well as a State Registry for abuse check. Once hired, our caregivers complete an orientation and training program. For your protection and peace of mind, all our caregivers are fully employed by Live Free Home Health Care which means they are bonded and insured by us.
